Job Title: Cyber Innovation Strategist

About the Role:

As a seasoned professional, you will lead our Innovation & Simulation Lab, driving strategic innovation and simulating real-world cybersecurity challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive innovation strategy aligned with the organization's overall cybersecurity objectives.
  • Enable the design of an innovation and research lab, ensuring state-of-the-art facilities and infrastructure enablement.
  • Drive strategic and operational relationships for implementation and operations of the lab.
  • Ensure the lab operates efficiently, with effective resource allocation and project management practices.
  • Translate research findings into practical cybersecurity solutions and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in Cyber Innovation & Simulation, with at least 8-10 years in leading or managing cyber security innovation initiatives and simulation of cyber solutions.
  • Experience in setting up or working in a Centre of Excellence (CoE).
  • Strong technical background with experience in cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Cybersecurity or Information Technology.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management).
