Chief Data Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed strategy for migrating data to ensure alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define data requirements, mapping rules, and transformation logic.
  • Oversee the entire data migration process across all project phases: extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation.
  • Migrate master data, transactional data, and historical records from legacy systems to the target platform.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in data migration, integration, or management roles.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading at least one full-cycle data migration for a major ERP, HCM, or CRM implementation.
  • Experience working with various ERP platforms, including SAP, Oracle, BAAN, etc.
  • A strong understanding of data modeling, master data management (MDM), and data governance principles.

This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
