**Data Engineer Position**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide level 2 and level 3 production support for enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering, ETL development, and database administration.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level technical support for complex data integration workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues, performance problems, and ETL failures in batch and real-time pipelines.
  • Develop and enhance Unix shell scripts to automate operational and support tasks.
  • Manage job scheduling, dependencies, and batch cycles using Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive stability.
  • Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • 7-12 years of experience in data engineering/ETL with a strong focus on level 2/level 3 support.
  • Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
  • Strong SQL and database experience with Yellowbrick or other RDBMS platforms.
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) or equivalent job scheduling tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills for production issue analysis and resolution.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts, job orchestration, and data quality principles.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with additional RDBMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of data quality principles.
