Job Title:

Principal Officer

Job Description:
  • As a Principal Officer, you will be responsible for leading compliance for all provisions of the SEBI Act, AIF Regulations/FEMA/IFSC regulations and circulars.
  • You will manage Gift City operations and ensure daily compliances are met.
  • Responsible for coordinating with legal, accounting, and compliance teams to ensure timely regulatory reporting and compliance.
  • You will manage investor queries related to compliance on a regular basis.
  • Proactively identify and flag issues, while forecasting outcomes in line with operational risk frameworks.
  • Create efficient controls for reconciliations, risk management, and daily MIS review.
  • Develop partnerships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, micro VC, etc. to drive outreach programs, meetups, evaluations, coaching, mentoring, and founder support.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values among employees.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related activities in the securities market or financial products, including portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst, or fund management.
  • Knowledge of finance/accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint.
