Marketing Operations Manager Job Summary

A highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager is required to oversee the lifecycle marketing and GTM operations stack, ensuring seamless email nurture programs, marketing automation workflows, digital retargeting, lead scoring logic, and database hygiene. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving measurable goals, such as lifting MQL to SQL conversion rates, generating net-new pipeline, maintaining inbox deliverability, and reducing data duplication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Outbound, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps, and Data/BI. Additional alignment areas include multi-touch attribution model design, privacy and compliance ownership, and API and data integrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic plans to optimize marketing performance
  • Collaborating with teams to design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns
  • Ensuring adherence to data governance and compliance standards

As a key stakeholder in contact database management, enrichment, and intelligence, the successful candidate will be responsible for systems management, tracking efficiency across channels, and capturing CAC alongside other marketing indicators.
