Job Title: Technical Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at Employee Hub LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and designing enterprise-level platforms, as well as providing solutions for process standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with IT managers to determine current and future needs
  • Determining whether current systems can be upgraded or if new systems need to be installed
  • Providing design ideas and schematics
  • Project managing the design and implementation of systems
  • Meeting with software developers to discuss system software needs
  • Troubleshooting systems issues as they arise
  • Overseeing system integration
  • Measuring system performance
  • Training staff on system procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science
  • Previous work experience as a technical architect
  • Managerial experience
  • In-depth knowledge of enterprise systems, networking modules, and software integration
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
  • Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and Office software
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
