Observability Expert Wanted

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to own the front end, drive user experience, and shape how enterprises interact with our technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Owning the entire front-end stack - from architecture to delivery, across product portfolio.
  • BUILDING world-class dashboards and visualizations in React.js or Vue.js that simplify complex data.
  • TAKING full ownership of UX: improve workflows, polish user journey, and ensure seamless experiences.
  • ENGAGING with end customers to gather feedback and proactively implement improvements.
  • WORKING with APIs and queries to render high-volume observability data in fast, interactive dashboards.
  • ACTING as a self-starter, continuously driving improvements and setting best practices in frontend engineering.

The Challenge:

  • Designing interfaces that handle millions of data points in real-time.
  • Balancing performance vs. aesthetics in complex, data-heavy dashboards.
  • Anticipating scalability, edge cases, and user experience for enterprise-scale systems.
  • Owning decisions that directly shape how our customers use and love our product.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in React.js or Vue.js (product background strongly preferred).
  • Solid skills in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and state management (Vuex, Redux, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of API integration and data handling in UI.
  • A passion for UX design, user journey optimization, and data-driven product experiences.
  • Proactive mindset — self-starters who take initiative without waiting for direction.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
