Visual Communications Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Expert to join our dynamic creative team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of visual design fundamentals and an eye for detail, with the ability to adapt master creatives across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform master creatives into performance-friendly formats for digital advertising.
  • Ensure correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
  • Develop high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
  • Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create final artwork files for print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
  • Prepare print-ready files with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
  • Perform basic image correction and color balancing when required.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
  • Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
