Key Highlights

  • Nature of role: Full time employment opportunity.
  • Expected 9-12 years of experience in operational risk management, incident management, third party risks, business continuity planning, loss data, fraud risk, internal controls, and policies.
  • Candidates with a CA, ACCA, MBA or other relevant master's degree are preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing independent projects across operational risk management areas.
  • Developing project plans, reviewing and validating existing frameworks and policies.
  • Identifying control weaknesses and contributing to the firm-wide risk and control self-assessment exercise.
  • Meeting business needs and regulatory expectations for assessing key aspects of each area under review.
  • Engaging proactively with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Providing regular updates on project execution and quality reviews.
  • Developing and presenting risk dashboards and analytics on key items.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of global and Indian frameworks, methodologies, and standards on process risk and controls.
  • Deep knowledge of the financial services industry, businesses, regulators, and their roles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, conceptual thinking, and analytical abilities.
  • Team building, mentoring, and project management skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management and proficiency in MS-Excel, Word, and PPT.
