Senior Lecturer

We invite applications for a Teaching and Research position in our Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) program. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver lecture courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines.
2. Design and implement lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
3. Supervise practicals, experiments, and laboratory work.
4. Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities.
5. Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
6. Participate in curriculum planning, academic improvements, and departmental activities.
7. Mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).
• NET/Ph.D. in the concerned discipline preferred (as per UGC norms).
• 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
• Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline.
• Effective communication and mentoring skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
