We are a leading player in India's indigenous space program, with a vision to strengthen the country's aerospace capabilities. We have been an integral part of every other Indian space mission since 1985.

We manufacture precision and hi-tech aerospace components, assemblies, and systems for global aerospace projects and partner with majors like Honeywell, GE, Rolls-Royce, and Boeing.

We have garnered expertise in the successful development of liquid propulsion engines, defence systems, satellite components and assemblies, and dish antennas with feed systems.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and finalize preliminary and final stress analysis plans.
  2. Experience with hand calculations, using classic stress analysis techniques.
  3. Linear and non-linear analysis (Static, Vibration, Fatigue, Endurance): metallic and non-metallic.
  4. Apply appropriate material properties and boundary conditions to accurately simulate real-world loading conditions.
  5. Interpret stress results to identify potential failure points.
  6. Generate comprehensive documentation supporting stress analysis results for certification purposes.
  1. Lead technical discussions and present findings to stakeholders.
  2. Contribute to Design team for product and component sizing and testing team for test cases.
  3. Collaborate with CFT to optimize component geometry and material selection to minimize weight while maintaining structural integrity.
  4. Propose design changes based on stress analysis results to improve component performance and safety.
  5. Validate FEM models through comparison with test data and industry standards.
  6. Support and implement Design FMEA findings.
  • E nsure adherence to systems and documentation as per AS9100, EMS, OHSAS & ISMS, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced project efficiency.
  • Value information and effort spent in creating content. Ensure the right information accessed by the right individuals. Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, PMO, Cross-functional projects, and Business Excellence etc.
  • Ensure Enterprise Risk Management for Key Processes, Subordinate, and Team Development and Adherence to Compliance and Safe Working Environment.
  • Follow Values, Code of Conduct, and Business Ethics and Safety practices in all work operations.
