Job Title: HR Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to take ownership of our HR systems architecture. This role is central to ensuring our global HR platforms operate smoothly, data remains accurate, and our systems support both strategic and operational HR needs across the business.

The successful candidate will lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our HR technology stack. They will work closely with our data analyst to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of people analytics and with our IT department on broader systems integrations and infrastructure updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Systems Ownership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar).
  • System Configuration: Maintain system configuration, security roles, workflows, and user access controls.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure accuracy and consistency of employee data across all platforms.
  • Process Improvement & Automation: Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation within HR systems to enhance user experience and efficiency.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Troubleshoot issues and provide support to global HR teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS/HR systems administration within a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with SaaS-based HR platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
