Growth Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Growth Manager to lead the development and execution of business growth strategies for our financial products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for assigned product portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business growth plans for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams to drive business performance.
Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
