Kwalee HR Advisor Job Description

Kwalee is a leading game development and publishing company that creates engaging and innovative games for players worldwide. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our People Services team in Bangalore, India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management, to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Oversee exit procedures for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide proactive support to line managers in employee performance and productivity management.
  • Collaborate with labour law consultants to stay updated on legal developments and implement necessary changes within the organization.
  • Analyze HR data to provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs), including turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HR information system, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies, including performance reviews, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in handling employee exits, performance management, employee relations, labour law, HR data analysis, and Excel reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in HR software and systems, such as BambooHR or Workday.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Experience in delivering HR support in a gaming industry or high-performance technology business.
  • Experience working with international businesses or HR teams in other geographic locations.
