Job Description

As a senior analytics leader, you will play a key role in shaping our data-driven strategy and driving business growth. Our products have a significant impact on millions of users daily, and we are looking for someone to help us make data-informed decisions across product, marketing, operations, and finance.

We are building next-generation data marts designed to support large-scale analytics and faster decision-making. You will lead the development of these data marts, defining tools and frameworks for data creation, transformation, and consumption across the company.

Your focus will be on building unified data views by integrating behavioral and transactional data into structured, query-optimized flat tables that support diverse analytics use cases. You will also own analytics across mobile, web, marketing, product, and operations data streams, ensuring consistent data definitions and scalability.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will partner with various teams to ensure data is democratized and actionable. This includes collaborating with product, marketing, CRM, operations, and finance teams to establish data governance, quality standards, and best practices for the organization.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in data & analytics leadership, with a proven track record of building data marts and defining enterprise-wide data consumption strategies.
  • Strong technical expertise in data modeling, flat table structures, and query optimization for large-scale systems.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack technologies, including SQL, ETL/ELT, cloud data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • ML competency: Familiarity with machine learning workflows, feature engineering, model monitoring, and guiding data scientists in building predictive/ML models.
  • Proven ability to build and scale analytics teams, with experience in functions such as business/operations, marketing/CRM, and product/finance analytics.
