Your Impact- Requirements Engineering:
- Refine technical stories and features to ensure seamless product delivery.
- Support product owners and subject matter experts in generating ideas for innovative solutions.
- Determine, document, check, coordinate, and manage requirements to meet business objectives.
- Define acceptance criteria and integration points with other systems to guarantee successful implementation.
- Continuous Testing:
- Quality assurance of implementation of technical and functional requirements ensures high-quality products.
- Plan and execute tests to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Define test conditions and scripts to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Analyze test results to inform product development and optimization.
- Production Support:
- Successful processing of customer and dealer inquiries requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Error analysis and support of the development team in troubleshooting enables prompt resolution of issues.
- Monitor system uptime to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or equivalent education.
- Several years of professional experience (approx. 3-7 years).
- Relevant experience in software development, including requirements engineering, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of agile methods and ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
