We are seeking a senior developer to lead our backend development team and oversee the architecture of scalable, secure systems.

About the Role

As a senior developer, you will take ownership of designing and implementing robust backend solutions using PHP and Laravel. You will guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using PHP and modern frameworks.
  • Lead backend development teams and guide junior developers.
  • Manage system integrations via REST APIs, GraphQL, EDI, and third-party services.
  • Develop custom solutions for Magento, WordPress, Shopify, and related stacks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of backend development experience in PHP, with deep expertise in Laravel.
  • Experience working with Magento, WordPress, and Shopify.
  • Strong background in system integrations using APIs (REST, GraphQL), EDI, and webhooks.
  • Proficiency in:
  • PHP, Java.
  • ReactJS, Node.js.
  • MySQL, NoSQL, MongoDB.
  • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
