Job Overview:

The role of a Technical Solutions Architect is to design, develop, and implement large-scale software applications. This individual will lead the effort in ensuring that application requirements are met through collaboration with various teams and overseeing the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical
  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
  • Responsible for team decisions related to project management methodologies
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key technical decisions
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and facilitate knowledge sharing sessions
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical with minimum 12 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of application design and architecture principles
  • Experience with integration methodologies and tools, including ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
