A typical day for this role involves collaborating with various teams to understand their requirements, developing and configuring applications to align with business objectives, and ensuring optimal performance and usability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to analyze complex business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. They should also have experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements

Additional Information:

  • The ideal candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Compensation
  • Preferred to have workday related Certification and 15 years full time education
