Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Spikewell team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing complex software applications within Oracle Fusion Cloud for healthcare operations. This includes collaborating with business analysts, functional teams, and healthcare IT professionals to translate healthcare-specific business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Some of your key tasks will include:

  • Developing and optimizing integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financials, HCM, SCM) and healthcare systems such as Cerner.
  • Creating and maintaining BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports, OTBI reports, and interactive dashboards tailored for healthcare use cases.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration and customization issues in Oracle Fusion Middleware and OIC, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Writing efficient SQL queries and performing performance tuning for Oracle database operations.
  • Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, ensuring healthcare data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) are met.
  • Leveraging SOAP and REST APIs to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud with healthcare providers' internal and external systems.
  • Participating in testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Expertise in Oracle technologies such as SOA, BPEL, WebLogic, and integration tools. Proficiency in developing BIP reports, OTBI, ADF, and Java.
  • A strong understanding of Oracle Financials, HCM, and SCM modules, especially in a healthcare context. Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Database.
  • Experience working with APIs (SOAP and REST) for system integration, ideally within healthcare applications.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data management standards, security protocols (e.g., HIPAA), and governance models in Oracle Fusion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to troubleshoot integration issues in mission-critical healthcare environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle certifications, such as Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) in relevant technologies. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira. Knowledge of cloud-based SaaS, PaaS, and other cloud integration technologies. Previous experience with hospital management systems, including Cerner, is a plus.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
