Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Testing Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced testing professional with expertise in automation testing and a strong background in banking domain.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Finacle applications, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute functional, regression, and automation tests on Finacle applications.
  • Analyze business requirements and create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery of testing services.
  • Execute test cases across multiple Finacle modules and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Provide support during UAT, SIT, and production rollouts.
  • Contribute to test automation framework enhancements and drive efficiency in test execution.
  • Document test results, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Finacle application testing.
  • Strong understanding of Banking Domain processes (Retail/Corporate Banking).
  • Expertise in Automation Testing (Selenium / UFT / Tosca / or equivalent tools).
  • Strong knowledge in one or more of the following Finacle modules:
    • Loans Lifecycle / CMCP
    • CASA (Current Account & Savings Account)
    • Customer Account Creation
    • Term Deposits
    • WMS (Wealth Management System)
