Job Title: Financial LeaderAbout the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
  • Lead and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and stakeholders to ensure audit readiness and financial transparency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and GST.
  • Experience in hospitality finance or resort-based financial operations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are required.
