Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success. Your expertise in financial planning and analysis will enable you to make informed decisions that positively impact our organization.

You will be responsible for preparing and managing data analytics on operational metrics, building and maintaining analytical models on key operating measures, and working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long-term financial and strategic plan.

Additionally, you will work with Business Unit heads to build their annual budgets and forecasts, produce models to project long-term growth, and analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance.

Furthermore, you will utilize existing tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance, communicate to senior management the reasons behind product/department performance and results, and provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results.

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, as well as highly proficient Microsoft Excel skills. They will also be able to multitask, be self-starting, and have a strong ability to influence management.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis
