Job Title:

Solutions Architect

Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems, APIs, and integrations with external platforms.

Develop applications using modern frameworks such as Python, Flask, FastAPI, or Django.

Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency to deliver seamless user experiences.

Collaborate with frontend engineers to ensure smooth integration of APIs and data flows, enhancing the overall application functionality.

Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to enable continuous integration and deployment pipelines, automated testing, and deployments to accelerate development cycles.

Create well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code to ensure scalability and reusability.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure that backend systems adhere to security best practices and data protection standards to safeguard sensitive information.

Required Skills & Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development.

Proficiency in Python backend frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, or Django) is essential.

Strong experience with RESTful API development is required.

Familiarity with database management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis is necessary.

Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Celery) is beneficial.

Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and scalability best practices is vital.

Hands-on experience with version control (Git/GitHub) and collaborative workflows is necessary.

Familiarity with Docker and containerized deployments is an advantage.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with other backend stacks (Java, Go, C#, Node.js) can be beneficial.

Knowledge of React, Angular, or Vue.js can enhance frontend-backend collaboration.

Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) can be advantageous.

Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack for system monitoring and troubleshooting can be useful.

Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS/GCP, Terraform for infrastructure-as-code, cloud networking, and security fundamentals can be beneficial.

Understanding of deployment strategies, networking, and scaling workloads in Kubernetes can be valuable.

Awareness of cloud-native security, API security, and best practices for securing distributed systems can be essential.

Soft Skills & Attributes:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Effective communication and collaboration skills are vital.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is beneficial.
