Role Overview

We seek an Integration Analyst with expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations across supply chain, manufacturing, and industrial automation environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between ERP, MES, supply chain platforms, and industrial automation systems.
  • Apply industry standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88 in integration design to ensure consistency and interoperability.
  • Achieve Industry 4.0-readiness by architecting and implementing integration frameworks to support smart manufacturing and connected supply chains.
  • Collaborate with client IT/OT teams to define requirements, map data flows, and establish secure communication protocols.
  • Leverage APIs, middleware, ESBs, and modern integration tools for scalable deployments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity).
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Document integration architecture, specifications, and operating procedures.
  • Advise on integration best practices and emerging technologies to support product roadmap.

We are looking for a systems thinker who understands both IT and OT domains, can translate complex manufacturing workflows into integration designs, and has strong collaboration and communication skills for working with global client teams.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of industry standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88.
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware, ESBs, and modern integration tools.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex manufacturing workflows into integration designs.
