We are seeking a skilled leader to spearhead our Workday Integration efforts.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and experience with Workday systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership for the development, design, and optimization of Workday systems and related infrastructure.
  • Analyze and select enterprise systems, application software, and network hardware/software to meet business needs.
  • Direct the effort required to protect company data, tools, and information systems.
  • Ensure that infrastructure architecture standards maximize efficiency and support platform compatibility.
  • Coordinate delivery of services to user groups and ensure uninterrupted IT service.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with HR & Talent Acquisition programs, systems, and processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with HR leadership & stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to recommend optimal solutions to complex business problems.
  • Self-starter with proven ability to produce positive results under tight deadlines with limited resources.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in Project Management Methodologies.
  • Ability to think critically and creatively in developing solutions to challenges.
