Job Description

The Senior Vice President of Finance will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to support business growth and expansion. This includes managing and overseeing all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as collaborating with senior management to make informed decisions about investments and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and expansion
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Collaborate with senior management to make informed decisions about investments and resource allocation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of financial projects
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and other external partners
  • Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and open communication within the organization
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A post-graduate degree in finance or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in a CFO or similar role, with 5+ years of experience in a real estate development firm
  • Proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement through innovative strategies and initiatives
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • A deep understanding of global accounting procedures and regulatory requirements
