Job Title: Talent Development Manager

The position of Talent Development Manager is a key role in our organization. We are seeking an individual who can drive the process of orientation and ensure that all associates complete mandatory online modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to identify training needs and develop a comprehensive training calendar.
  • Liaise with the Learning and Development Hub Head to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct skill certification processes for front-line associates.
  • Work closely with the HR team to drive reward and recognition programs.
Functional Competencies:
  • Knowledge of Corporate Sustainability: The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate sustainability principles and practices.
  • Training Skills: Excellent training skills, including the ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
  • MS-Office Proficiency: Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including experience with learning management systems.
  • Safety Practices: Familiarity with safety practices and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a training setting.
