Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned integration specialist to join our team. As a key business integration specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination between teams to meet service level agreements.
  • Manage multiple client requests while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ensure timely attention to emails and MS Teams for efficient communication.

Technical Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Sterling B2B and file gateway channels/Sterling Integrator.
  • Strong expertise in data integration, exchange, and mapping using Sterling B2B & File Share Gateway.
  • Familiarity with Unix-based operating systems, database management, and Oracle/SQL Server.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French an asset).
  • A positive team player with strong problem-solving skills.
