We are seeking a highly skilled professional to administer and maintain IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability.

  • Design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using IBM ITXA.
  • Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments.
  • Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
  • Support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support.

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator
  • Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms
  • Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments
  • Strong experience with IBM ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced)
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations
  • Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments
