Risk Associate Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Risk Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering clear requirements and writing user stories/acceptance criteria.

  • Gathering Clear Requirements
  • Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and Key Stakeholders
  • Integrating Usability Studies, Research, and Market Analysis
  • Identifying Critical Dependencies/Issues and Presenting Recommendations
  • Providing Product Demos and Conducting Product Review and Feedback Sessions
  • Collaborating Closely with the Product and Technology Teams
  • Ensuring New Features are Implemented According to Specifications
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in the financial services or fin-tech industry
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management / Development or related capacity
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Ability to Manage Competing Priorities Under Tight Deadlines
  • Proven Ability to Collaborate and Build Strong Partnerships
  • Advanced Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle
  • Sound Knowledge of Technology Architecture, APIs, Design, and Data Analytics
