As a Compliance Trainer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to taxation regulations, focusing on Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), and Income Tax Return (ITR) compliance.

Responsibilities include overseeing GST compliance, staying updated on changes in GST laws and regulations, conducting periodic reviews and audits, and providing guidance and training to internal teams on GST compliance matters.

You will also manage TDS compliance processes, including deduction, deposit, and filing of TDS returns, monitor TDS rates, deductions, and exemptions, and prepare and submit TDS-related reports to regulatory authorities as required.

Additionally, you will ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for the organization and its employees, verify the completeness and accuracy of financial data and supporting documentation for ITR preparation, and respond to inquiries and assessments from tax authorities regarding ITR filings and compliance matters.

To succeed in this role, qualifications include CA Inter or B.com/M.com with CA Firm Experience, knowledge of relevant tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
