Job Title: Architect

The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional with extensive knowledge in architecture. This individual should have the ability to create clear and concise diagrams using AutoCAD, as well as possess an in-depth understanding of project completion steps.

They should also be able to effectively communicate with necessary parties to ensure timely execution, while conducting regular quality assurance checks to guarantee adherence to regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present high-quality design concepts and architectural presentations.
  • Create detailed construction drawings and technical documentation.
  • Utilize 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software to produce photorealistic outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools for generative design, feasibility studies, and conceptualization.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
  • AI knowledge & tools:
  • Generative Design & Conceptualization: ARCHITEChTURES, TestFit, Autodesk Forma, Finch 3D.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Veras, Rendair, D5 Render.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
