As a detail-oriented Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting quality audits on individual workflows and units delivered by Data Associates. Your key job responsibilities will include coaching and calibrating Data Associates to improve performance, providing detailed insights on Data Associate-level quality and identifying root causes of issues.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality audits on individual workflows and units delivered by Data Associates to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coach and calibrate Data Associates to improve their skills and knowledge in data labeling operations.
  • Provide detailed insights on Data Associate-level quality and identify root causes of issues to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform manual reviews to validate automated quality measurement systems and provide feedback to improve the systems.
  • Document and report quality findings accurately and efficiently to support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in French language (C1+ or equivalent) is required for this role.
  • Good working knowledge (B1+) in both spoken and written English is essential for effective communication.
  • Experience in Machine Learning/Data Labeling operations is necessary to succeed in this position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Excellent attention to detail is crucial to ensure high-quality deliverables.
