Job Overview

The Logistics Researcher will identify and engage potential business leads through strategic sales outreach. This role supports the Business Development and Sales teams by building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and connect with potential clients in the logistics industry using sales tools.
  2. Generate and maintain an accurate database of qualified leads with contact and company information.
  3. Send personalized connection requests and introductory messages to prospects.
  4. Track and manage conversations with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  5. Collaborate with the Business Development and Sales teams to align prospecting strategies with business goals.
  6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the U.S. logistics space.
  7. Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on prospecting activities, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales support is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently during U.S. night hours.
  • Attention to detail, with strong organizational and research skills.
