Job Title: Internal Auditor

The role of an Internal Auditor encompasses a multifaceted blend of accounting expertise, analytical prowess, and business acumen.

As a seasoned auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Audit Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans with clear scope, objectives, and timelines, focusing on key risks and high-impact audits.
  • Data Analytics in Auditing: Design data-driven audit methodologies for enhanced effectiveness.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks, prioritize audit areas using analytics, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  • Operational Audits: Conduct in-depth audits of manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Financial Auditing & Reporting: Conduct thorough financial audits, verify accuracy with data analytics, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to policies, regulations, and industry standards, monitoring ongoing compliance using analytics, particularly in health, safety, and environment.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize analytics to drive process enhancements, track audit recommendations, and promote continuous improvement.
  • Confidentiality & Ethical Standards: Ensure responsible data handling, adhering to privacy and security regulations.

Qualifications: Fully qualified Chartered Accountants (CAs).

Experience: 2025 CAs, 2024 pass-outs, or freshly qualified professionals, with a flair for data analytics and internal audit.
