The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing corporate strategies for luxury residential, mixed-use development, and commercial assets.

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability across various real estate portfolios.
  • Conduct market assessments, feasibility studies, and competitive benchmarking to inform investment decisions.
  • Lead structuring negotiations and large-scale acquisition deals, ensuring optimal returns on investment.
  • Manage due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution to minimize risk and maximize returns.
  • Foster relationships with investors, funding partners, private equity firms, and sovereign wealth funds to secure capital and partnerships.
  • Optimize portfolio performance, enhance revenues, and reduce costs through data-driven decision making.
  • Oversee fund raising, debt financing, and equity capital structuring to support business growth.
  • Integrate ESG principles into real estate investments to mitigate risk and enhance long-term sustainability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • At least 15 years of experience in real estate strategy, investments, or corporate finance.
  • A proven track record of high-value transactions exceeding $100 million.
  • Strong expertise in deal structuring, financial analysis, and valuation.
  • Global exposure in GCC, MENA, or Southeast Asia markets preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
Education

Candidates should hold a Master's degree in Finance/Management or equivalent. CFA Level 3 certification is preferred.
