About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business opportunities through strategic conversations and meetings with clients. This includes providing ideas and insights, demonstrating competency and mastery, and showcasing consultative skills.

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to achieve business objectives.
  • Insights Delivery: Translate data into actionable insights and create compelling stories to drive business decisions.
  • Team Management: Lead and inspire high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will also be accountable for financial KPIs, monitor performance, and make interventions as needed. A postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or related fields is required. Minimum 8 years of primary quantitative research experience and 3 years of people management experience are necessary.
