Financial Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. As an Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's financial reliability and compliance with regulatory directives.
About the Role:The Internal Auditor will be responsible for performing internal audit reviews of various areas of the company. This includes assessing controls over operational efficiencies, financial reliability, and compliance with applicable directives, regulations, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager or 5-6 years as Manager with relevant internal audit experience. Qualifications such as CA/CPA are mandatory. Prior relevant experience in a manufacturing industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting fraud and other investigations as directed by the Head of Internal Audit
- Ensuring timely and accurate completion of the audit plan
- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect audit results and document processes
- Assisting the Head of Internal Audit in preparing Audit Committee Reports and papers
- Conducting follow-up audits to monitor management interventions
- Identifying constant process improvements and cost-saving avenues through research and development of internal audit
Relevant internal audit experience in a manufacturing industry; Strong communication/presentation/persuasion skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- CA/CPA qualifications
- SAP, MS Office, and other analytical tool proficiency
