Job Opportunity: Senior Consultant

As a seasoned professional in SAP HCM payroll, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's solutions for Asia Pacific countries. Your technical expertise and analytical skills will be essential in conducting feasibility analyses, designing solutions, and delivering activities related to country roadmap priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal clients and development teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Developing and supporting internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and relationship-building
  • Researching and defining SAP application architecture to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Performing technical analysis and design of technical solutions specifically in Payroll at Template level
  • Acting as a hands-on technical leader, guiding and mentoring team members to ensure adherence to standards and desired output

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll design and development
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP, ABAP, SAP HR, HCM, Agile, and SAP HANA
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to design and configure PY solutions in multi-tenant environments with 100% reusability and maintenance-free solutions
  • Knowledge of Employee/Manager Self Services, workflows, SAP/Portal, connectivity, and landscape
