Job Opportunity:

A seasoned professional is sought after to fill the role of SAP HCM Consultant.

  • Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining SAP HCM modules, customizing payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and retroactive integration.
  • Collaboration with ABAP developers to design and test custom solutions is required.
  • Supporting integrations with SuccessFactors, third-party payroll providers, and external systems is a key aspect of this position.
  • Participating in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations and rollouts is also essential.
  • Payroll runs and issue resolution related to payroll processing and time evaluation are additional responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in designing and developing high-quality results in SAP HCM, SAP Payroll.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP ERP, ABAP, SAP HR, HCM, Agile, SAP HANA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written form.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
  • Ability to design and configure PY solutions in multi-tenant environment with 100% reusability and 100% maintenance free solutions.
  • Strong hold on country Payroll with expertise in customizing country PY solutions for Global clients.
