About Evalueserve

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Private Credit team.

The selected candidate will work closely with portfolio managers to support the portfolio monitoring process.

  • Financial spreading (PL, BS, and CF) on an Excel-based model or a lending platform along with key credit metrics calculation
  • Key performance indicators identification and report creation for the credit review process
  • Covenant calculation in line with facility agreements and detailed rationale for covenant Met / Breach results
  • Annual/quarterly/monthly reviews and associated template population
  • Business overview and SWOT analysis
  • Conducting financial analysis (historical and forecast as well as operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios)
  • Covenant performance verification/calculations against a threshold
  • Collateral analysis
  • Providing ad hoc support to portfolio managers
  • Mentorship and training of new joiners and SME for other team members
  • Junior team member performance management and development
  • Client calls and periodic communication handling
  • Project management support to the senior manager
  • Project-level tasks such as delivery, dashboards, QCs, training, client management, etc.
  • Regular interaction with portfolio managers to discuss tasks, templates, and deliverables catering to their expectations

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile
  • Strong accounting and financial skills
  • Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture
  • Task completion ability on time
  • Attentive and active listening skills
  • Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working
