Design Engineering Opportunity

The Role:

  • Basic & detail design engineering activities for assigned projects in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants.
  • Preparation/review of PFD, P&ID's, project-specific specifications, design calculation/analysis, procurement specification.
  • Interface with other disciplines, user departments and clients.
  • Estimation/engineering work related to bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualification - Bachelor/Master's Degree in civil and structural engineering.
  • Skills required - STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP, STAAD Foundation preferable.
  • Conversant with StaadPro & SAP software.
  • Working knowledge of Auto Cad and other 3D tools like Tekla structure, Navisworks, SPR etc.
  • Jacket and topside pre-service analysis.
  • Jacket impact analysis.
  • Jacket and topside fatigue analysis.
  • Pile drivability analysis.
  • Loading calculations and loading sketches preparation.
  • Basic knowledge of industrial architecture, PHE and roadways.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of structural steel/reinforced concrete design detailing of Process/non process buildings Machine foundations Pipe rack Factory Buildings etc.
  • Experience in international codes & standards preferable.
  • Responsible for quality checks, quality assurance of reviewed drawings.
