About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing brand collaterals, marketing campaigns, and product creatives. You will develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels.

You will work on a wide range of design requirements: digital ads, social media graphics, website design, packaging, and merchandise. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life.

You will stay updated with design trends, tools, and practices to keep the brand fresh and relevant. You will translate complex ideas into simple, elegant, and impactful visuals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field from a reputed design school.
  • 1–3 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, typography, layout, and digital graphics.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent).
  • Understanding of color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience in motion graphics, video editing, or animation.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles.
  • Photography/illustration skills.
