About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Visual Communication Designer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual to play a key role in shaping our brand identity.

As a Visual Communication Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a scalable design system and component libraries for all our touchpoints.

You will collaborate with different teams to understand design requirements and curate impactful branding assets for both digital and print materials for campaigns, social media, presentations, events and website content.

Beyond that, your responsibilities may include:

  • Breaking down complex data into visual infographics as per needs.
  • Developing and designing brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels and refining the visual identity.
  • Working on the UX and UI of our website, collaterals for socials and visual framework for other brand moments.
  • Supporting corporate branding initiatives and designing materials for leadership communication.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy to comprehend and diverse visual collaterals.
  • Good command on motion graphics.
  • Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work.
  • Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product and customer-facing teams.
