We are seeking a dedicated Chess Coach to join our team of experienced educators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive learning environments that inspire children to reach their full potential.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of teaching experience and a strong passion for chess. You will be responsible for developing personalized lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, ensuring that they receive the support and guidance necessary to achieve their goals.

  • Create dynamic and engaging lesson plans that promote fun and interactive learning experiences for students aged 6-16 years old.
  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to ask questions, explore new ideas, and develop a love for the game of chess.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, with a strong emphasis on pedagogy and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students, colleagues, and parents in a professional and respectful manner.
  • A proven track record of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role, with a strong focus on student-centered learning and personalized instruction.
