Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Professional to spearhead initiatives and build strategic partnerships in the Real Estate sector.

The ideal candidate will lead efforts to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, foster strong relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and partners, and drive growth through innovative strategies.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record of successful business development, and a deep understanding of the Indian real estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in the real estate industry to drive new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to support the company's expansion into the Indian market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders across residential and commercial real estate
  • Represent the brand at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish systems and processes for India operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
  • Strong network within the Indian real estate ecosystem is a plus
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the backing of a global brand
