Key Responsibilities
  • Business development: Identify potential leads through conferences, Family Offices, and other events; maintain dialogue with potential clients; write articles providing interesting insights on investment philosophy and the markets.
  • Communication and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors; act as the primary point of contact for all investor onboarding and inquiries; communicate the company's financial performance, strategies, and key developments to investors.
  • Investor Meetings and Conferences: Coordinate investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations; organize and participate in investor roadshows to promote the company and attract potential investors.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities that may impact the company's performance and perception among investors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CFA/CA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, securities regulations, and corporate finance principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
