As a Senior Tax Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering comprehensive tax solutions.

  • You will collaborate with experienced professionals to provide expert guidance on tax due diligence and structuring services, effectively communicating findings and opportunities to clients.
  • Assist senior members of the M&A Tax practice with complex technical tax issues related to consolidated returns, S Corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
  • Support clients in reorganizations, bankruptcy emergence planning, out-of-court workouts, debt restructurings, tax basis allocation, and Section 382 studies.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in a public accounting firm
  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited institution
  • Active certification as a CPA, CA, or EA

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Progress toward completing the bar exam
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Capacity to multitask in a fast-paced setting
