Our company is a leading provider of digital transformation, cloud computing, and data analytics services. We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead the design configuration and deployment of Ignition SCADA and MES applications across manufacturing operations.

  • Architect and implement real-time data acquisition visualization and reporting solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of OT systems PLC SCADA MES with enterprise IT systems ERP databases cloud
  • Develop and maintain secure efficient data exchange using REST APIs MQTT and OPC UA protocols
  • Manage industrial databases SQL historian timeseries databases for high availability and performance
  • Collaborate with crossdisciplinary teams to align system capabilities with production and business needs

The ideal candidate will have proven expertise with Ignition SCADA Inductive Automation including scripting module configuration and project deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong background in MES functions production tracking OEE downtime analysis traceability SPC etc
  • Proficiency with database technologies SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or equivalent
  • Handson experience with OTIT integration technologies
  • REST APIs for system interconnectivity
  • MQTT for IIoT messaging and lightweight communication
  • OPC UA for industrial interoperability
  • Strong knowledge of industrial control systems PLC SCADA HMIs and plant floor connectivity
  • Familiarity with manufacturing standards ISA95 ISA88 ISA99IEC 62443
  • Excellent problem solving communication and crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Experience with cloudbased IIoT platforms Azure IoT AWS IoT etc
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in OT environments
  • Familiarity with containerization Docker Kubernetes for SCADAMES deployments
  • Experience in working on largescale digital transformationIndustry 40 projects
  • Certifications Ignition GoldCertified Specialist OPC UA or relevant industrial ITOT certifications
